HOW TO ORDER:
CALL 412.821.8533 or STOP BY the bakery. (answering machine & email are not accepted ways to place order)
ADVANCE ORDER : All cakes except "Last Minute" require 2-3 days advance order. (call by Friday for Tuesday)
Cakes orders around holidays, especially Christmas, require more notice
DECORATIONS: Roses or balloons are included in price. Choose white or dark chocolate flowers for an extra fee.
Available drawings & decorations are represented in the photo gallery and most are included in the cost.
Marzipan wrapping is available for Raspberry or Strawberry filled Gourmet Cakes for an extra fee.

Cake choices are all vanilla, all chocolate or half & half.

with vanilla or chocolate french buttercream

Nine-inch
round, serves 12–14.
Quarter
sheet, serves 15–18. Not available in half & half
batter.
Half
sheet, serves 35-45.
Full
sheet, serves 70-90.
If
you are serving the cake the same day, no need to refrigerate. If
you bought the cake a few days in advance, just keep
it in the fridge
, but pull it out a few hours before
and serve it at room temperature. Since
the icing is made of real butter, it tastes best at room
temperature.

TIPS & HINTS
Gourmet
cake : If
you are ordering a gourmet cake for the first time and
you are not sure which flavor to choose,
buy a slice
of the flavor you are considering. Most
gourmet cake varieties are available daily as slices
in our storefront.
Refrigeration: If
space in the refrigerator is limited, it may help to
know that French buttercream cakes do not require refrigeration,
and most Gourmet cakes do need to be refrigerated.
Tarts as Cakes
If
you want to do as they do in France, you may order a Tart as a Birthday Cake. Your message is writtten on a Marzipan
Plaque.
