Croquembouche
(Pronounced crow-come-bush.) French for “cracks in your mouth".

A cone of cream puffs filled with French pastry cream and. coated with caramelized sugar. Popular in France for weddings and other special occasions.

Makes a great centerpiece.

Seasonal: October through May.

Available in one size of 80-90 creams puffs.

Must be served same day & can not be refrigerated.
