Specialties
Breton Cake
 
A buttery eight-inch round French shortbread. A specialty from Brittany, the northwest region of France where Jean-Marc was raised. Serve as is, or topped with fruit and whipped cream. 

Hungarian Nut Roll or Poppy Seed Roll
One pound each. Taste the difference real butter and honey makes. Customers ship these around the world to friends and family. Available year-round. Advisable to order in advance for December holidays.
