Yule Logs are popular,
but are very time consuming to make, so Jean-Marc can only
create a limited number. We apologize to all the people who
missed out on Yule Logs in 2007 when we had to cut orders off
on December 12. We can’t really set
a concrete deadline each year. We take orders, starting
on the day after Thanksgiving, until Jean-Marc announces
that he is at the limit.
