Yule Logs
(Bûche de Noël)
A traditional Christmas cake popular in France, filled and iced with French buttercream, and decorated with meringue mushrooms, marzipan holly and other holiday figures, and sprayed with a light coating of chocolate. Twelve-inch log serves 10–12.

Yule Log orders are taken starting the day after Thanksgiving, until Jean-Marc announces he has reached his limit (which is usually two weeks before Christmas)
